In 2023 I created Message Alignment —a framework that connects your innate frequency to your output.
I’m also a writer, musician, and a practicing witch obsessed with unlocking human creativity, entering altered states of consciousness, and foraging around in the woods.
When I started my journey towards purpose & expression…
I was fresh out of a turbulent spiritual awakening that looked like several years of psychosis and depression.
I was functional, but I was weighed down by the negative beliefs and toxic perceptions that caused this excruciating breakdown.
Writing content for LinkedIn would result in a visibility panic attack.
Crippled by chronic perfectionism, I was constantly afraid of getting it ‘wrong’, and being judged,
I was also plagued by the constant feeling that I was MEANT to be on this path. That I was meant to find my purpose, and heal my relationship with creativity so I could build a business, and thrive.
As painful as it was to confront chronic perfectionism, and to express myself with nail-biting vulnerability in public — I was determined to evolve, and become the version of myself destined for impact.
Eventually, facing these visibility fears made the life of my dreams possible.
I read the Artist’s Way.
I bought a guitar.
And gradually I started surprising myself, doing courageous things that required me to dismantle this paralysing fear, and be seen exactly as I am.
I learned how to write my own songs.
I tried new formats on social media, and let myself experiment.
I even wrote and performed 10 min stand up comedy set.
Finally, I stopped letting a chronic fear of not being good enough hold me back from expressing my truth.
Eventually I realised that self perception creates your reality, AND your marketing magnetism.
Over 7 years of healing, releasing, experimenting, and exposing….
Working with journaling, meditation, yoga, therapy, energy work, dance, plant medicine — and the trial by fire that is building and marketing a business…
