About This Work

    The best ideas come when we are calm enough. to hear ourselves. Meditation, breath + connection is a vital aspect of my alignment guidance. If you struggle to access a still mind but you’re open to trying, these sessions are perfect for you.

  • Intention

    A strong intention is how we focus both of our minds on your best path forward. I set an intention at the beginning of every session to focus our energy, and invite the most potent, alive ideas to make themselves known.

  • Action

    You will see changes in your reality by taking consistent, sustainable actions in the direction of your fulfiment. I provide a list of actions at the end of every session to guide your progress. If we’re in a longer container, I can support you to act on them.
